you shouldn't need 02 sims with a Y-pipe unless you got rid of you catalytic converters... how ever if you need to get them you can have them tuned out or check our sponsors for the 02 sims...

The smell is comming from the fact that you no longer have catalyst. You'll just have to get used to that but check for exhaust leaks anyway. The rear 02 can be tuned out, and no as long as the SES light is for the rear o2's only it won't effect your performance. o2 sims are'nt worth your time and/or money imho..

Not sure anyone is really allowed to sell them anymore.

    Either way...sims are crap.

Just close up the O2 bungs and run with your car throwing codes until you can get them tuned out, don't spend money on SIMS. Since I didn't have bolts to close up the O2 holes, I used my old o2 sensors, cut the wires off, and screwed those onto the pipe..

^ Please elaborate Mr. Luos. I had my sims for 4 years with no problems before I had them tuned out.

    Hit or miss.
    Like 50/50 actually.

Some have no problems (like yourself) and some end up throwing the rear O2 codes after like 30 days....even with the sims in place.
