Drivers Side Window?

Hey everyone....before i stored my car for the winter, i noticed my driverside window would get stuck and not go down all the way. Sometimes it would work fine and othertimes just stick half way down. I'd hit the button and nothing. Dont know if it's the motor, a relay.....

Any ideas what this could be, i'd like to save a trip to the dealer ifyou know what i mean.

I have the same problem with my SS. the window would not fully travel up or down. If I waited a couple minutes the window would continue going up or down. I traced the problem down to a relay (it’s black and about 1 inch thick x 3 inches wide and 3 inches tall)under the dash above the throttle pedal. I have not replaced it yet because I have also stored my car for the winter. Of course the replacement part is hard to find, I couldn't find it online anywhere even checking genuine GM part dealers. I took the relay to my local GM dealer and they looked up the part number we got off of the relay and it was going to cost around $100 and they had to special order it. I checked my motor and it was fine, my brother did the troubleshooting because he’s a mechanic.

Doubt it's the relay, my money is on the motor, do a search.

Sounds like the motor to me too, I ignored it for a while then it finally completely died - luckily in the up position.
