Don't have the tools to swap LT1's and low budget- what are my options?

I've got a 93 Z28 I've blown the motor in. It has eraddic knocking, not loud but you can hear it, and was driven for about a mile when it started it doing it. I'm looking to buy a used LT1 because I won't know the extent of the damage on my current motor until it's pulled apart, so I've decided to just get a new motor. Well I don't have a cherry picker much less a garage to do this, and little know how. I was thinking I could find someone local here that may swap the motors for me but not necessarily have to get it running, I can do that much. I don't have shit for money, so anything over 500 is too much, especially after getting the motor. Do I even have any options here?

to be honest your best options might be getting a beater car with your money and saving for a while to get the camaro done right
