does the bigger Oil filter give you 10HP extra?

hey guys ive heard that Delco filter pf62 gives you 10 horses, and ive trired it for the past year and this oil change i went back to pf46 and it still feels the same.

is this myth true? even though i might of answered my own question, but I still want to know what you guys think.

you wouldn't feel 10hp anyways...i do however have 2 new NOS stickers worth around 30hp each if you'd like. just take care of the shipping
