    do heads affect driveability?

i have a 98 ss m6. i bought prc stage 2.5 5.3L heads, 228Rcam 112 lsa, double spring kit, pacesetter long tubes ory, bbk intake, 85mm throttle body, and a 75 shot dry nitrous every once and while.

This is a daily driver. i know my cam is ok for a daily driver but will my heads affect my driveablity? with this setup is it gonna run good on the street?

I think it will drive better w/heads than w/out the 228r is a great cam only cam but the
the power is mid to upper rpm , and the heads will give a little more compression for
    down low torque!!!
Oh.... Nice set up , seen it make around 440 rwhp!!!

I run that same set up for the most part with the cam on a 114 and a 3500 stall and mine is very drivable.

I got 430 with thosePRC 5.3's milled to 59cc and a tiny 224R cam. Its possible. The best part about it all is I still get 28mpg after my tune lol.

FAST90/90 COMBO,Fast Billet fuel rails, SVO Red top injectors, Kooks longtubes, catted ypipe, TSP rumbler exhaust,LS7 clutch, K&N intake,Built T56, Double roller timing chain, LS7 lifters, LS2 lifter trays, and TSP ported LS6 oil pump (with new oring lol). I drive mine every day so long as its not snowing. Just do yourself a favor and get a good tune done and you will see Zero Driveability issues.
