Question A different window motor/regulator question

I have a '99 T/A and it has what I'd call 'traditional' regulators in that it looks like a sissor. I have seen posts saying something about cables and pulleys. My friend/neighbor has a '97 and he is having the 'inch-at-at-time' problem. Someone told him to lubricate the cable and pulleys.
Would his have cables and pulleys? As far as I can see, mine does not!
    TIA

Well, I've seen the pics at both the 'shbox' and 'constrictors' sites and see NO cables. Yet, from time to time, I see a post that mentions them. Go figure.
    Thanks!

    Secret.

I was having the inch at a time problem for quite awhile until it finally just gave up by itself and i had to grab on to the top and pull it up. I bought the motor from a local parts store and went to the gm store to install it. I was going to install it until i popped off the door panel and got stuck on what to do..cost me a 100 bucks but saved me a lot of time and anger. I didn't see any pulleys or cables or anything like that on mine either.
