    Dash Filler Panel....How to replace???

Ok so I have a crack in the panel that is between the main part of the dash and the windsield. A buddy has a perfect one, problem is I can't find a topic on how this thing can be removed and replaced. Any and all ideas would be a great help!!!

If I remember correctly-it's easier than you think. It just pops up out of there,it's held down by a velcro type dot or two per side and lifts straight up. I think there is a wire for the daytime running light sensor to disconnect.
