cruise cntrol cable

I just bought a 1999 ram air and the cruise control don't work.I found the clip on the end of the cable broke and was wondering if anybody knew how to fix it.I also noticed the glass in the driver door wont go up straight if you know what is wrong with that and how to fix it.I always wanted one of these cars but just now got one and now will have to learn how to work on it.

The only way I know how to fix the cruise control is to do it right and change the cable. As far as the window is concerned the glass may be out of one of the channels. You need to remove the door panel and take a look around. Both should be an easy fix. Good luck.

Thanks for responding.I called the parts store on the cable and they said they no longer can get it.I was just wondering if anybody knew where to buy one.I figured I would find the problem on the window when I got in there but thought it might be something that happened to all of them.I have a 70 w-30 post car/70 rallye 350 post car/75 hurst olds with T-tops/73 455 442/72 supreme.Olds was my very first car and I stuck with them but I buy off brands once in awhile.lol
