Honestly yes. The car is 13 yrs old and goes through thousands of heat cycles. Was there any work done recently or has it been acting up just lately?

It started with the vats system and I found this site and did the bypass, car started right up went for a drive and it died going down the road. I'm the only one who's worked on the car. No mods at all, just routine maintenance.

Is the security light still on?

With that code I would still swap out the sensor.
