    Dexron. It is the Orange looking kind and not the green kind. A good thing to add might also be some Purple Ice or Water Wetter which helps cool things off a little more.

    50/50 mix Dexcool/water + any additive if you need extra cooling.

    Not a bad swap if I remember correctly. It's been a couple of years since I swapped mine out. I'm not a good person to ask as far as how long it took. I always take my time and I'm never in a hurry. I'd say it probably took me a couple of hours so I would guess a motivated person could do the swap in an hour or less.
