Coolant in PS reservoir 1999 SS

I have a 1999 SS camaro that the PS pump started to whine yesterday. I checked into it today and with some inspection it appears I have some coolant in the PS reservoir and PS fluid in the radiator. I am thinking this could be a bad power steering cooler? I was planning on trying to replace PS cooler, the hose that runs from PS pump to cooler, flush radiator and PS system....thoughts?

I am in a bit of uncharted territory as I bought the car new back in Nov 98 (4 months delayed as there was a GM strike that year) and with 87k miles other than a cracked H20 pump (was 16 below here in Denver) 4 light bulb replacements, stock cd player motor going out and a sticky clutch pedal in the winter, I have had freakin ZERO problems from this car. By far the best built car I have ever owned!!!!

    dark blue
all stock except for the SS floormats and the SS badge that replaced the plastic CAMARO badge on the dash...pretty extensive upgrades huh

The PS cooler - 10417037 - is $141 from GM parts. Replace it, then flush the PS fluid and you should be good to go.
