Coolant connections
I'm trying to put an '98 pontiac LS1 in a '33 Ford. My question is: What do you do with the coolant tubes that go to the heads and the throttle body? How do I incorporate these lines in to the radiator?
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks

The throttle body coolant lines aren't needed unless you live in a really cold area (throttle body bypass mod), as for the tubes that go between heads, they are connected to the radiator fill neck, i think they make some caps that have a tube coming out of them, but i'm not too sure...

what intake are you running on the engine? There are 2 types of pipes that connect the heads. The LS1 intake had pipes that look like an X that connected those together. The LS6 had a tube that ran between the fronts and the rear ports had plugs. Then they run through the bottom of the throttle body and go to the top port on the radiator just under the fill cap. Some bypass the throttle body portion of that and just have the head tie directly into that port on the radiator.

I'm running the LS1 maniforl. I've decided to tap the waterpump and run the steam line in there.
Thanks for the help.
