cluster lights blown
My dash cluster lights went out in my 99 T / A, I was wondering is it a easy fix r should I just get another one ?

All of them went out? At the same time? The cluster is not hard to remove but I will check the back of it and make sure something got loose. I was going to mention that maybe the dimmer went bad but if the rest of your interior lights are fine I doubt is a bad dimmer. Have you tried moving the dimmer wheel to see if anything happens?

isn't there a fuse for them, maybe it's blown, in the fuse box on drivers side dash?

Wiley is actually right. Check the fuse labeled PWR ACCY #7, also the one labeled GUAGES #9 and IP DIMMER #16. They have the instrument cluster in their description.
