    check gauges light

    I have fuel and all the gauges look normal but my light is on? i dont think you can check this with a scanner?

    when my alternator was goin out my check gauges light came on, but it was cause my batter meter was goin down and some stuff was gettin shut off due to lack of power, it could also be your oil pressure ive had it come on when i start it up in the mornin after a cold night the oil pressure gauge takes min to go up, thats my 2 cents hope it helps
