check engine light on

i just had an electronic cut out and a y pipe installed and the check engine light is on. What do i do. Simulator ?

yes you need sims

When they did the Y pipe, if they kept the 02's then they might just be out of place or bumped so its throwing a code. If the Y pipe got rid of the 02's then you have to get the code deleted on a HPtuner or LS1Edit.

where is the best place to get sims and do i need 1 or 2 ?

If you don't have rear 02's turned off, you need 2 - thunderracing sells them, look under exhast. Where did you install your cutout?

i installed them right in the y pipe halfway between the converters and the muffler. Under the passenger seat.
