changing a turn signal bulb

whats the easiest way? do you have to take the headlight out to get at the turn signal? 2000 Camaro.

Funny you should ask I just changed my L/H running light last weekend. The only way for me was from the bottom. I removed (loosened) the plastic panels just under the light and inboard of the wheel. I had to remove the bulb by feel so first did the head lamp so I would know how (which way) to turn in order to unsnap. Once the bulb receptacle is removed there is enough slack in the wire to pull the receptacle down and replace with a new bulb. Putting it back in the hole again was by feel but managed and it snaped right in. Good Luck
