Changing fuel pump on '95 Camaro - need advice

Alright, so I determined that the fuel pump has gone out and needs to be replaced. Since I am lazy, I have decided that the best method to go about the procedure is to cut a hole in the back of the car. My question to everyone here is this: where do I cut the hole, and how do I weld the plate back in place without blowing myself up?

I sent you a link with some info in it. As far as patching the hole back up, i would pick up some sheet metal or a thin piece of aluminum and some rtv or jb weld for a patch piece.

That looks like a great way to get at the fuel pump!
