caster/camber plates
Anyone know where i can get a set of caster camber plates for a 2000 camaro SS. My tires are wearing on the inside even with proper alignment and ive heard this is the only thing that can fix that.
thanks for the help.

there are no caster camber plates for our cars. all the adjustments are done from the lower control arms. sounds like either their alignment machine is off and needs calibrating, or you have some worn parts.
Cold Air Intake, Muffler Delete, Vinci High Performance Dual Valve Springs, Hardened Pushrods, Yella Terra 1.85 Rockers, Some Hydropdipped Stuff, Strut Tower Brace, Some SS Badges, boost/vacuum gauge, fuel pressure gauge, some checkered stripes, drilled/slotted rotors, ZL1addons Stealth wickerbill, Ruxifey LED side markers

too much toe out will cause both tires to wear the inside edges of the tires.if the camber is set properly then start checking the toe setting.try to get it just in slightly 1/32-1/16 in no more than that.

I did an alignment on a Mustang Cobra the other day. I was surprised to find that they don't have any provision for caster adjustment- and the range of adjustment for camber is limited. So the need for an aftermarket fix was evident- and along came the 'plates'. As stated the late model F-bodies have no such problem as they have alot of range of adjustability- and it's all on the lower control arm. There is a great specialty tool available to the alignment techs that makes this very simple. Do you know what your alignment angles were after the alignment? I always give a printout of that.
