Well the good news is that I finally got my car towed back to my house so I can work on it. The bad news is that I still haven't had time to snap a pic of the fuse. I saw that KMdef9 posted a fuse lay out which is awesome but I can't remember which fuse it is until I see it in the car(memory of a gold fish).....

Do you know how to use all of the functions? Namely, resistance (continuity) measurements.

Well after looking around I discovered a very stupid mistake that I made. When the car first didn't start the first thing that came to nine was the starter. So I replaced the starter. Now I went back and looked and found out the I grounded the starter to the starter body not the solenoid..... needless to say the car turned over and started like a dream. Mean while I feel very dumb haha...

Hey, you're learning more about your ride. Look at it that way.

Mine does the same thing every now and then. Turn the key to start and nothing. Security light comes on and stays on. As long as the security light is steady on, it won't start, turn over or anything. Once the security light goes out after sitting there a minute or so, I turn the key to start, and it starts. I have had the ignition cylinder replaced along with the paper thin wire. I was under the impression that replacing the ignition/lock cylinder was suppose to be one of the fixes. Was wondering if the fact that the security light goes out after a short while and then it starting would mean anything or point to what needs to be addressed??? Any help would be massively appreciated!

Not positive, but could be a VATS issue.
    It's on jackstands.
