Fuse #7 in the IP block is also related to the starting/charging system, however, wouldn't cause the cluster to be out.

And the cluster is unrelated to the BCM, it has communication with the PCM.

Welp I think I may have figured it out not 100% sure yet because my battery deader then dead but I found a blown 50 amp fuse in the fuse box closest to the radiator support. So I just bought a new fuse and a battery but I won't be able to try to till the weekend. I'll let u guys know how it goes. Thanks for the advise everyone

    That would definitely cause issues.

Well I have the resistance dead on for my vats bypass. The security light goes out but now I turn the key and I blow that 50 amp fuse. I did it twice now. I'm not sure what to think right now. Everything works when that fuse is in until I turn the key?? Help!?

If you are blowing a 50 amp fuse, you have a dead short somewhere. Best thing to do is determine what systems are fed off that circuit and then start looking. Any recent work on the car?

What is a dead short exactly? I have done nothing one day i drove it to a friends house and it just wouldn't turn over anymore. The fuse only blows when I go to crank the car over. When its in the on position its fine.

Dead short means that a wire carrying ignition voltage is probably touching something metal and going to ground. The fact that it only blows when you crank it helps to isolate the circuit. Some have power from the first click of the key, others only when you crank and then run. How about the wires to the starter? There is a smaller diameter wire that runs to the solenoid. Can you tell me which fuse it is, or snap a pic while pointing to it?

Starter would be my guess too, it be the most likely to come loose.

Well I just got back from working on the car. I pulled the starter and had it test just in case and its fine. I didn't see any wires touching anything. I'm going to go back tomorrow to see if I can snap a picture of the fuse and look again at my wires.

How about a pic of your VATS bypass as well? We have had a few members mess that up in the past.

Well I don't think its the vats bypass only because now my security light is turning off. But I can also grab a picture of that.

Maybe an exposed wire running from the lock cylinder to the firewall or from the OBD port along the column somewhere? Or beneath where the 50 amp fuse runs? I could be wrong though.

Well I'm getting my car towed back to my house tomorrow so I'll be able to up date more often to let everyone know what's going on. Tracing wires was never anything I wanted to do but its looking like that's what I'm going to have to do..... :-/

If you are blowing a 50 amp fuse, I doubt it is a small wire under the dash doing it. It would burn the wire before the fuse pops -- betting on something a bit larger under the hood or dash that is carrying some real current.

X2. 50A will only be under the hood. Nothing inside your vehicle requires a 50 amp load. I think 30A is the max for interior applications.

    OP, do you have multimeter?

Here's a diagram of the two fuse blocks under the hood:
