Loose &/or worn steering components come to mind

it also drives 100% it only has 30,000.

if it would be steering, it would be for the left to right movenment, not just to one side

put for real if anyone can plase try that exercice if you could. like i said its a super small noise i didnt mean a klunk.

My steering is absolutely quiet doing the turning exercise you mentioned. Jack the front end up from the frame and have both front wheels hanging free. Check for any looseness or play by shaking the wheels side to side and up and down (at 3 + 9 and 12 + 6 positions). With a large prybar try moving the wheel up and down with the prybar inline with the wheel. If nothing is loose then you don't have any safety issues to worry about. Chasing noises down can be difficult at best-have a shop look at it if it gets louder and bothers you.

Just tell them you have a noise that bothers you -and let them try to diagnose it. If you tell them what you want fixed then it's your diagnosis and your problem if you're wrong.
