    Any degreaser should work just fine. Use a couple pieces of split fuel line or vacuum tube cut to length to hold the rear bolts up on the intake.

    i second this!! love his work..
    i feel your pain!! reminds me of mine when i pulled intake and did the LS6 valley and intake swap.. so gunked up and crappy..
    you can also use alittle blue tape to hold bolts up for rear passenger and driverside rear..
    also be a good time to d othe valley swap while your intake is off..
