Can I drive it like this?
Ok, well to start with I have a 2002 WS6. I Finally found a shop willing to install my pacesetter headers, catted Y pipe and corsa cat back system. But there is one problem...maybe a big problem.
My engine (dyno) tuner called and cancelled on me and can't reschedule for 10 days. It is my only vehicle right now, and the exhuast shop is already half done the install.
I've got O2 sims with the headers, but I believe there are also downstream O2 sensors that are being disconnected and not hooked up (aren't there?) I'm told at minimum that the check engine light will come on once I start it up with the full new exhaust.
But CAN I Drive It? Or will the car be out of tune to the point that I could damage something?? If I were only taking a slow cruise across town to the engine tuner I'd have no worries but I'm going to be needing this car for 10 full days of regular driving...and I'm a Very Hard driver in everyday life.
So...should I park it, or can I still drive the hell out of it before getting it tuned?

You will be ok without the tune. The only thing that may happen is you'll get an SES light. The downstream o2's are just there to make sure you cats are working. A lot of guys don't even get a tune when getting exhaust installed although they should. Like i said before you will be ok.

It won't mess with my timing or air/fuel mix.....I love this thing too much to blow it up or cook it.
But I've got a challenge at the track this weekend and I really don't want to back out saying "umm, I can't run right now, I'm out of tune"

Worst thing thats gonna happen is that it won't run quite right...might be too rich or too lean.

yes you can drive it, the computer will compensate to some extent if it needs to. I ran my 98 ss like this (with o2 simms) for shit, 1.5 years. You can drive it anyway you like, I beat on my every so often without a tune with my LT's and ORY, wont hurt the car. You can baby it for those 10 days if it makes you feel better, but I have a feeling you're going to want to hear what your LT's and Muffler sound like
BTW, when you get your car dyno tuned, have him delete the rear O2 sensor codes, those O2 simulators do not last forever, they will burn out and fail, happened to me and many others.
