Caliper question (Fluid in piston boot)?

I was driving the other day, nothing out of the ordinary, and the brake started catching every rotation (within me actually on the brakes).

Took everything apart that night and noticed that one of the pistons had a bunch of brake fluid inside of its boot, kind of bubbling out, definitely nothing like I have seen before. Has anyone else seen this?

I compressed both pistons and tinkered with the boot until I got the excess brake fluid to come out (it came out where the piston touches the boot).

Haven't tried to drive it yet.

With the wheel back on and still on a stand, I spun the wheel around and it still slightly catches on one spot. Could it be a warped rotor?

Sounds like a leaky caliper piston. Time to rebuild or buy some new ones.

Sounds like you have two problems; warped rotor and bad caliper. The caliper should absolutely not leak fluid into the boot.
