    C5 Brake Conversion Brackets

I was wondering if any of you guys have used these brackets when doing your C5 brake conversion:

These are much less costly than all the others I have seen on the market. They are made of 1/2" 1045 steel (urethane rust preventative coated), so they are likely quite a bit heavier than the aluminum ones, but for a street driven car they would seem to be strong enough.

    Any thoughts on these? Thanks!
