    A/C Question

    I was stuck in traffic for 45 mins because of a accident, had the stereo going and the a/c blowing, and all of a sudden it starts throwing out hot air. I went to autozone to purchase some freon but the guy said it wasn't the freon, and if it was i would of heard the freon leak. what do you guys think it is

    Start the car and have someone turn on the AC while you watch the A/C clutch. If the clutch does not engage, check fuses and relays first. If that is all ok, the system may have lost pressure. There is a switch on the A/C system that prevents the clutch from engaging when pressure falls below a certain point.
