Upgrade to a larger system. They make c5 caliper upgrade kits.

You have too much "rolling mass" for the stock brake system to handle, I would go with an upgraded Baer, or Brembo system.

I have 18X9.5 rims on my vehicle, with close to 11 1/2" of rubber on the road, I upgraded to the Baer "Eradaspeed" rotors with Hawk "HPS" pads, and Russell SS braided brake hoses, using the stock calipers, in my case the problem was solved.
