    Black smoke

I have a 02 firehawk with 25k it is cammed pipped and dyno tuned , yesterday leaving work I went to get on it and ripped thru some gears and my buddy told me the next day that there was some black smoke as I was getting on it. There was no lose of power or check engine lights , I did notice a different smell , I just figured it was the tires..... Any ideas?!??

do you have a wideband? Black smoke is fuel. Do you have cats? Depending on the amount of smoke it may be completely fine. The only way to tell for sure is to see what your air/fuel ratio looks like.

yes....it would. I'm thinking you have nothing to worry about. Little bit of hazing is normal......especially when the car is still cold.
