black rose on stilts and getting dusty
i have taken off my distributor replaced it with a MSD now the car will not catch fire...only turn over. how to i get her back in time so that i can post a " hot picture":

Welcome. What engine are you playing with, an LT with the optispark?

I am grateful that I have never had to play with an Opti as they are a true nightmare when they go bad. Have you double checked your connections and the fuses and/or relays that feed it power?

yes and u tube told me that the distributor is self aligned timing i put the pin in the camshaft sprocket position and no fire it started before i exchanged the distrutor thank you

No fire at all? If it was simply not timed properly, you would still have fire at the plugs it seems.

since its an msd does it require a box of some sort? im not familiar with the opti and only have little experience with msd set ups.
