Changing the air filter won't make your car louder/faster or get better gas milaege. (unless it's really dirty) Lots of different muffler choices to make your car louder. If you want better milaege, drive slower.

An exhaust system in theory should increase your power and mpg. Better airflow=more efficient engine.

It will increase power, all my mods to date have increased power. Also took my milaege from 22mpg to 14 mpg.

If you want to 'up' your gas mileage, just place a block under your gas pedal.

i could put a block under it but im not lol i was thinking of puting a k&n filter in it and changing my exhaust but trying to see what would be a good exhaust system like edelbrock or something like that and i get around 18 to 20 city and around 24 to 26 highway depending on traffic and weather its an automatic but id like to switch to a 6speed

+1 and it's also how you drive take it easy on the pedal will help the most. as far as these hurting ur mileage not true but most people mod their cars, feel the extra power, then they keep the pedal down all the time and get worse gas.

get a slp lid ( you can get their whole cold air kid worth it I like mine) an exhaust, I have slp love the sound some people like magnaflow better. and you'll be good put your k&n inside the slp lid. Then go get the mass airflow sensor cleaner it's pretty cheap spray on cleaner that leaves nothing so you don't wipe clean just spray the shit out of it. Lastly make sure you change your oil religiously and you'll be good.

try to find a local forum for t/a's and camaros on here it's gonna be harder to find but if you can find a local forum you should have no problems meeting up and hearing the exhaust. Yeah youtube is hard to get an idea from each camera picks up sound differently so hard to tell ls1sounds.com is a good site to check out.
