    Best year for the LS1??

Which year is one of the better year LS1's to have? Like I know for the LT1 cars the 95 cars are one of the better years to get as far as non-obd2 and having the vented optispark etc. I am just wondering what is considered a better year to have for the LS1.

    Thanks in advance!

The 01-02s maybe have bigger injectors.. but smaller cam... etc. like 9T8W66 said.. stickies break it down.

yeah I know there aren't any HUGE performance differences but I am just concerned mainly with provisions that GM made to sorta work the bugs out here and there

Kinda wish I would of gotten an 01-02 car....like said before it already has the LS6 intake and no EGR. Not so worried about the injector size or cam size. I want a bigger cam anyway.

01-02 cars also have diff syncros on 6 speed cars....from what i understand there much LESSS prone to have probs...my 99 used to grind in 3rd and 5th....my 01 shifts smooth as butter ...theres enough improvments that if your looking go for an 01-02...especially if your getttin a 6 speed
