Best way to check for poss water in engine??

My baby took a pass through a nice sized patch of water and stalled out....high enough where it was over my exhaust... I haven't turned her over yet, partially due to the starter not turning over, but I am also worried about water through my intake.... I have the SLP CAI, and immediately after I pushed her out, I looked at the MAF screen, which didn't look like it was wet, and the oil shows no sign of water... Any there any steps I shoud take before I crank her over after I take care of the little #&%!ing starter issue ??
Once again, thanks in advance guys (and gals)...

Don't know what to tell ya, but I'd remove all the plugs before trying to turn it over just to be safe. Hopefully it's just an electrical thing and no water was ingested.
