All free mods. Ebay SLP lid and bellows 70$. Headers. By far the best mod to date (not exactly as little money though) was the stall but I still got it way cheap 525$.

De- screne MAF, heater by pass, K&N filter, slp cold air lid, smooth bellow's. all of this should give you around 25 to 30 HP for just under $200

i would think it all depends on how large the shot is and how you use it.

I've got all the Free mods and the Airlid and such... and it was all worth it... car feels great compare to how it used to feel...plus I improved 3 tenths down the track... with stock stall...so... you should start with that
Mods: SLP Air Lid w/ KN, Free-Mods, LS6 Manifold, Magnaflow, Headers, EFILive
Visuals: Angel eyes, rear eurolights and T/A rims
Suspension: Eibach ProKit, UMI Adj. Panhard, SFC's, LCA Relocation brakets, KYB AGX shocks
