    Hole in block

Bending a rod is hard, bending a push rod is not.
Bad rod bearings or a spun bearing will cause a knock.
Bent pushrods can cause several problems cause the valve will not open as far but usually a good ticking noise. pull the valve cover and see if it is wearing the guid, or pull push rods and ley them flat. the bent ones wont lay flat.

What kind of problems are you havin cuz this could go on all day.

Well, the thing is, the shop says we have a bent rod, but we hear no knocking or ticking, it would start and idle would be rough jumping from 1-2 1/2 rpm and lotta smoke. Also I noticed he have oil in the intake? When I gave it to the shop, it would start and idle but idle rough, now I got it back, and when I put it in park the RPMS just keep going up up and, it was at 5k+ RPM b4 I shut it down (I got out of the car to see if I heard knocks or anything, then had 2 jump back in) So I dunno what they did while it was in the shop. They told me at 1st it was probly the computer (which they said would cost like 1k+ to fix) and now it comes back like this, Im not sure if they could do something to the computer to make it rev up like that or what. but its worse now then when it went in.

Now my symptoms are Oil in my intake, lotta smoke, and when I turn my car on it revs up to 5k+ rpm (and it stays or might keep climbing im not sure). Im not sure how high it will go, not gonna wait and see. So im not sure what the problem is now. But like I said we dont here a knock or tick or anything like that. And b4 I took it to them I was able to drive it around the block, and the only probly I had was smoke and my rpms would drop when I hit the breaks to corner. Now im not sure because Im not gonna even try to drive it now that it jumps for 5k rpm in like 3-4 sec.

Also the shop said nothing about a hole in the block. Just that I bent a rod. but like I said, I WAS able to start it and it would idle rough but it would Idle now it just revs up.

Sounds like a bent pushrod. A valve may be hanging up and causing the motor to rev higher. If it were a con rod, you would HEAR the knocking. Probably feel the knock as well.
