I want to see your BBK's. They dont have an option for stainless steel headers, so Im curious what yours are.

theyre probably chrome being as the ceramic is a dull silver finish. I cant say anything bad about my bbk lt's they fit great not close to hitting anywhere they slid right in with no issues and the chrome finish holds up well to the heat. They do blue a little bit around the block area but its barely noticeable and stainless will do the same thing. For $369 with a y pipe imo they are a great deal.

On the pass side header the ball flange comes within a 1/4 inch of the heat shield for the floor mine doesnt rub too much to bother me but this weekend ill get to bending the shield out of the way. Other than that I have NO complaints they fit great the welds inside and out look awesome and they sound nice. The y pipe with the ball flanges makes it easy to mount up and adjust plus theres no clamps needed for the collectors.

Guys, I ordered the BBK LTs & Y today. However, now I'm gettin a bit worried because my car NEEDS to pass e-test and IDK if there is a spot on the BBKs for the EGR valve. Can someone with BBKs tell me if there is or is not, and if there isn't what did you do to make them work!?

Why don't you just call BBK and ask them? Just give them the part number attached to your order and they should be able to provide the applicable info you need............

IMO you will need to buy EGR block off plates and have a tune eliminate its function all together. On the other hand if you haven't installed or received your item, sent it back ASAP!! You might eat shipping costs but in the end you'll be glad you did.

Then, just go to Texas-Speed.com and get the Pacesetter LT's (w/EGR provisions) and Texas-Speed ORY!!!! Don't forget the 02 extender wiring for your LT's.............

That's actually an excellent point!!! BUT, isn't the EGR discarded from the intake manifold section only and not the headers/exhaust????
