Hahah ^^ doesn't know where the spare is!

What kind of handling difference did it make.

Not really handling difference, but better weight transfer on drag launches.

    Bills98TA,
Sounds like you actually do drag race. NHRA rules do state that when the battery is moved to a different location that a cut off switch also has to be installed to at least be NHRA legal. Did you put a cut off switch and if so where? Asking cuz the back end of our cars is all tail light plastic.

And yes to support Bill's post this is generally to allow for much better weight transfer to the rear so you get better traction on launches.

installed the switch to the right of the License plate. there is an empty space in the bumper where it will fit.

the dragster hasnt been run in about 2 years and my truck project just started about 6 mos ago.

i do okay wiring...i have no patience, but if its something i need to do right, i can manage. im more into fabricating and welding, and i do all my own powdercoating so i stay pretty busy.

ive still gotta re-wire the spray on my supersport, i did it about 9pm on a sat before opening sunday...one of those 'hey, why dont we go racing tomorrow...and lets run the spray' ideas lol

as far as scratch goes though, a painless harness and a good pair of automatic wire stripper, and its a fairly easy job
