sounds like it could possibly be a vacuum leak. Check the pcv hose where it bends to go into the intake on the passenger side. Those like to crack on the back side of that hose in the bend.

Clean the MAF, check for vacuum leaks and clean your IAC and throttlebody. I cleaned my IAC and throttlebody a few days ago and my car idles smooth and feels better under acceleration. Keep us posted.

its funny that if the sensor was failing you didn't get a sel light, what's more disturbing is that I just got my car tuned, so if that sensor is bad the tuner should have been able to tell from the voltage readings.
Now another question, was this happening all the time ??? or only on start up and during the warm up period (5 min) ??
Because this only happens to me on start up and warm up, after that the car idles at almost 850 to 900 but its fine I have no issues after that.

Yesterday I cleaned IAC, throttle body is new, I checked the voltage on the TPS and its fine full throttle im getting 4.4 and completely closed .4. so I dont think changing the TPS will change anything.

have you checked your fuel filter? It could be clogged.

In 25+ years of working on cars, I've never seen a clogged fuel filter cause an idle issue. It will show up as a low power on hard acceleration first, then get worse and worse, and the customer brings it to our shop well before it has an idle problem from a bad fuel filter.
Also, I've only fixed a low fuel pressure problem one time due to a clogged fuel filter, all most all others have been a faulty fuel pump, with a couple of fuel delivery problems mixed in there to keep me honest.
