bad gas fuel filter/ spark plugs

How likely is it that you would need a fuel filter or spark plugs after putting bad gas in your car?

note- i've ran the gas out and been putting premium in for about 3 weeks, and have tried everything from gas treatment to gas line antifreeze to Nitrotech fuel injector and line cleaner, and theres no blown gasket or anything or compression problems..

all advice and input would be very well appreciated

what exactly is the car doing? how many miles since the fuel filter and plugs were last replaced? bad gas shouldn't have any lasting effect, since the computer more or less constantly adjusts fuel flow, unless by "bad gas" you mean gas with lots of floating particles in it. In the latter case, I would go ahead and replace the fuel filter, since it's not that expensive or hard to do.

i've had the car for about a year and a half, when i first got the car i did a full tune up and everything, and since then ive had the fluids changed regularly, but every since i've put this bad gas in, it has been sputtering and hesitating, like it did when i first got it and it needed a tune up.... i havent changed anything as far as filter other than k&n air filter kit, and k&n oil filter

I would change the fuel filter then, and see if it helps. Couldn't hurt to take a look at the plugs either.

I don't see why they wouldn't put it in for you. They'll still charge you the labor for it.
