    axle bump stops

need to trim the tab if using the Energy bump stops. no way around it. If you have the spacers you need gring that tab off which is a little more difficult.

Also no need to load the suspension to install.

If I have to, I have to, but if you look at that picture PAJEFF put up of his WS6, the aluminum shim goes more than the height/depth of the tab and the actual mount doesnt make contact with the tab, as its about half an inch away from it.

I remember shaving the metal tab down just a bit for added clearance when fitting my Bogarts and Hoosiers. In your case, easiest thing to do is order a set of bump stops and then do what you have to in order to make them fit. If you do end up slicing off any part of the flange, dress the edge with a dryloc sanding disc and then shoot it with undercoating. No one will ever know the difference... except you.

Haven't read this whole thread, but I bought some for a Jeep Cherokee. Not a Grand Cherokee. With some small modification they fit on our car. Had to grind down some of the side on the Cherokee parts, I did post up a how to with pictures attached but it was never made available, this was several years ago. They are holding up fine still and it's nice to have some protection when the car hits full suspension travel in the rear.

Glad rock auto carries them. When I looked for some a few years back, I couldn't find any anywhere, but maybe I didn't try rock.
