Anyone using a 130amp alternator or higher?

Hi I was wondering if anyone is using one of these 130+ alternators. Either because you have a powerful sound system or alot of accesories.
I have noticed that our engine(ls1) fans draw alot of current when they run causing the voltage to drop. I want to check and see if adding a big alternator will solve this problem. The voltage at idle drops to like 12.3v with the fans on and even lower if everything else works. On driving or wot voltage stay at 14.1v. I have an optima red top for over 1 1/2 yrs now. Not sure if the alternator is getting weak or the battery is not the same. I always noticed the voltage drop with the fans. But lately is dropping more. Thanks.

    I installed a Powemaster PWM48206 150 amp alternator.
However, it won't do much good with the stock 8 ga wire.
Check out http://www.innovativewiring.com/ for the big three. I also installed their LS1 wire kit that was 85.00. You'll need something to carry that load once you increase the alternator output.

I replaced my wires for #4 guage last year. The stock wiring didnt look big enough for me and it needed replacement anyway. I haven't found any alternator indicated in the post at junk yards.
