    Anyone TIRED of RASPY EXHAUST!!!?????

What up LS1's........OK so I've driven around for about 3 months now with my Pacesetter Ceramic Coated LT's (no cats) and Corsa catback. I noticed that without the cats on the exhaust was extremely raspy....Has anyone experienced this and does it ANNOY YOU???????

FWIW I just had two high flow converters installed and I must say ALL the raspy sound is gone.....I swear the decibel level must of decreased by at least 2 levels AND the crazy fumes that always choke me to death upon start up are gone. It's great...........Thoughts???????

    Nope.

No cats, true duals, Magnaflow mufflers.
I have no idea what this rasp is.

Although I recall it being REALLY bad....even with cats when I had my loudmouth.

Hmm.......I've heard those with magnaflow exhaust don't seem to experience as much "rasp" as others.......thanks for the reply....

Dyno mouth here (loud mouth w/ a dynomax bullet) and a Magnflow Y merge. TONS OF RASP!!

As soon as i installed my 2 $37 ebay cats this week, no rasp at all!!! None! It all went away. I'm the happiest guy in the world..... except that i bought 402 today and now need to figure out my exhaust options again, haha.

Not me. I had tons of rasp BEFORE my tune. Then the tune knocked it down a bit by tweaking shift points.
