anyone ever use slick50 engine treatment??

i searched the forums a bit and didnt find anything. anyone ever use slick50 engine treatment for high mileage engines?? I was at walmart this a.m. picking up some oil(pp, 19.00$ for 5 quarts) and i saw the slick50. the t/a's hitting 80k and i was wonder if anyone has used this and saw a difference; engine running smoother, less piston slap, burning less oil, ect....
