Most autoparts stores should carry oem replacements. Or try a dealership, but it will cost more.

Try Trans Am Creations for a used one or GM Parts Direct for a new one.

is yours seized up?.. you may be able to fix it yourself.. it's easy to remove from the car (spare tire well area), and you can clean it up w/ degreaser - mine was really bad, but i got all but one tube section unseized... so it goes up/down now, just a tad shorter than when new from the factory...

well actually towards the top it is pretty bent and every time it goes either up or down it makes a rubbing noise. so im thinking just to replace it i dont think it is fixable

I've straighten several bent antenna masts. If its only a slight bend and you are gentle, you can straighten it out well enough for it to work. Just tweak it a bit at a time and then try running it up and down to see if it works.

Just for giggles, go ahead and link what you found. Our antenna mast makes a loud grinding noise right before it reaches full extension. Not a clue why. The repair kit does not compete with any sponsors' products so it's not a violation of the rules to link it.

Its all about technique. I tried a few mast replacements many, many years ago and didn't have much success. I ended up asking one of the old guys at work help me out. He did it no problem. I have no idea what I was doing wrong
