airbox help
Hi. Let me start by saying I recently purchased a 00 ws6 with 54k. They had recently pulled a procharger kit off the car. They didn't have the original airbox set up so they stuck a K&N directly to the intake tube. I was looking to get an original or aftermarket airbox. But i wasn't sure if the slp or whisper lid kits would include everything I would need. Any help would be awesome.

1st question I have is what are you going to do with the procharger kit? (Dibs.....)
now to answer yours, No they only come with the lid part not the base. There is one that removes the base I can't think of the correct speeling, but begins with a V, has twin cone filters. You can go to trans am creations and get a base for cheap. I can post direct link due to they are not a sponsor, I can pm if you like?
