Cool Air pump at start up codes p0430 p1415

Hey everyone first post to the site just bought a 02 ws6 auto I put a magnaflow cat back right away and after a month it's throwin service light codes are p0430 and p1415 which is something with the air pump. I am planing on headers and high flow/no cats and was going to get a tune. So the question is can I completely remove the air pump and be safe to not throw any codes after the tune? If not what would be needed to fix problem thanks for any help
