Adjusting the E-brake

Does anyone here know where u adjust the e-brake cable at?....Is it under the car or under the middle console??.....And how do u actually adjust it???.....My shoes are good, the line under the car looks good, it just needs adjusted big time, if anyone could help me out I would greatly appreciate it

Pull the rear rotors off. The ebrake shoe is inside of it. There should be a star adjuster wheel (like on old drum brakes) where the one piece shoe's opening is. 9 times out of 10 that is where the problem is.

Aren't they self adjusting?

No...not self adjusting....I just had to pull my rotors off and turn the dials out a few turns.....tightened everything right back up......Also, while you have them off you may as well make sure they have some grease in them....pull the star wheel off, be careful not to lose the little piece inside...and then squirt away.....I had mine apart and my youngest son decided to take off with it and I never found that piece again....it was a trip to the old junk yard and a quick strip of a Grand Prix.....lol.....

I have mine so that they are almost rubbing and my e-brake still goes way up im gonna try a new cable probably.
