What happens mechanically speaking when you move your AC selector fron AC to MAX AC. I had my AC worked on last week and now the MAX AC isn't working like it use too. I'm thinking a vacumn line is not connected or has a leak or is pinched somewhere?

Basically the vent for outside air closes via vacum. If its on a/c or head/feet a/c its taking air from outside. If its on MAX the air from inside the car is recirculated.

yeah its basically MAX equals recirc and AC means fresh outside air. The door is vacuum actuated. If the door moves the blower should sound louder or faster in MAX mode
