IDK its been a while since I have done any kind of tune up work, but last that I remembered was that AC Delcos was the best way to go for the f-bodies

I changed over to the A/C's when I put my Headers in about 700 miles ago. I love them. Plus won't have to worry for 100,000 miles. Little pricy but worth it.

I use them and wouldn't suggest anything else. I tried the NGK iridiams and it seems like i'd get a miss under heavy acceleration sometimes. Just make sure you check the gaps on them.

Copper ones perform well, but have a relatively short lifespan (maybe 20K miles or so) compared to iridium, and you probably won't want to have to do it again anytime soon.

I need a tune up. Anyone have a website that you can use for step by step on how to change our plugs?
