My AC belt is getting bad and squeaking. What will happen if i just keep it off ( other than no AC)? Will it throw any codes?????

I dont think it will throw any codes until you try and turn it on. So cut the belt and see what happens.

Sure it's the belt? Just get a new one - they're small and shouldn't cost much.

AC belt will NOT throw any codes. You will have no AC though.
They cost $15 to $20. If you're going to change it, change the main belt too.
