Unhappy AC Assistance on 2000 SS

I just had to replace my motor as it died at 86,000 miles. We have the engine running fairly well now but have had AC troubles as well. I have replaced the compressor, orific tube, condensor etc about 3 times. Finally discovered that that there is black gouey oil comming out of the system. It started to cool and then discovered that there was also a small leak . It then went back to blowing out hot air. I am getting really frustrated Anyone have any ideas.

There is a one leak that we found. Do you know if we can flush the system ourselves? Or do I need to take it somewhere?

    Thanks

@st thing you need to do is to completely open the system and flush everything with ac flushing solvent. Then replace the dry-acumulator-hose assembly then fill and you should be ok. Charging a dirty system just won;'t work, the orifice tube is only .035 thous of an opening and clogs very easily.
